FUTURE VISION OF MoONA DIVERS TEAM
At Moona Diverse, we aspire to be part of the sustainable development in the robotics and technology community in Israel. Our future vision includes:
1. Supporting an FRC Team: We aim to open an FRC team next year and fully support it by providing technical advice and guidance to new students, enhancing their skills in robotics and mechanics.
2. Creating and Supporting an FLL Team: We plan to establish and support a new FLL team, offering students the opportunity to learn and develop in the fields of science and technology. We will assist them in building robots and participating in competitions, opening new horizons for them.
3. Supporting Israeli Students: We focus on supporting students in Israel by providing the tools and opportunities necessary for their growth in technology. We believe in the importance of creating a stimulating educational environment that helps build a learned generation equipped with the skills to excel.
4. Expanding Technological Education: Through organizing workshops and educational events, w25e aim to teach school students about technology and its practical applications. Our goal is to inspire them to innovate and promote a culture of technology within the community.
5. Enhancing the FIRST Community: We work on organizing events that bring together FIRST teams in Israel to enhance collaboration, exchange knowledge, and experiences, contributing to building a strong and cohesive community that supports sustainable innovation.
We believe that the future requires an educated and skilled generation, capable of facing technical and innovative challenges, and we will continue to work towards achieving this goal by supporting students and local communities on their path to success.

LESSONS LEARNED
Throughout the development of the D3VO-R robot, we gained many valuable lessons that shaped both our individual and team skills.
Key Lessons:
1. Collaboration: Success comes from working as a unified team, with each member contributing their skills. Diversity in skills helps achieve better results.
2. Planning: Proper planning for time and resources helped us avoid problems and stay focused on tasks.
3. Patience and Determination: Overcoming technical challenges required patience and perseverance, turning obstacles into learning opportunities.
4. Learning from Mistakes: Mistakes are chances to learn and improve. We analyzed errors to avoid repeating them and enhance performance.
5. Adapting to Change: Flexibility is essential when adjusting designs or troubleshooting problems quickly.
6. Supporting Others: Helping others is about building a stronger community. Supporting other teams in their goals was rewarding, even without tangible rewards.
7. Fair Competition: Competing fairly is more valuable than winning through unfair means. True progress comes from learning and improving, regardless of the outcome.
