At Moona Diverse, we believe that FIRST is more than just a competition—it’s a transformative experience that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. That’s why we are committed to spreading FIRST values and supporting other teams to ensure they gain the mostfrom this journey.

Spreading FIRST Values in the Community

As part of our efforts to promote FIRST, we presented our robot to a representative from the Ministry of Education at our school. We explained how this experience has helped us develop our engineering, programming, and teamwork skills. He expressed his admiration for our work, highlighting the importance of FIRST in empowering students.

Supporting Other Teams

Believing in the power of teamwork, we support other teams through:

• Workshops: Providing technical training to help teams improve their robot designs and programming.

• Collaboration in Competitions: Sharing knowledge, offering technical advice, and assisting teams in overcoming challenges.

Pre-Championship Practice Competition

To further assist teams, we plan to organize a practice competition before the finals, giving teams the opportunity to test their robots in a competitive environment that simulates the official competition. This initiative aims to enhance team readiness, encourage knowledge exchange, and improve performance before the final event.

At Moona Diverse, we don’t just build robots—we build a community of innovators, constantly striving to support other teams and contribute to a competitive environment filled with collaboration and creativity!

The Moona Diverse team believes that success includes making a positive impact on the local community. Through continuous interaction with the community and spreading the values of FIRST, the team strives to motivate the upcoming generations to engage in technology and innovation.

How We Impact the Local Community

• Promoting Technological Knowledge: We offer workshops on programming, robotics, and artificial intelligence.

• Teaching Practical Technology: We provide interactive experiences to introduce participants to the latest technologies.

• Inspiration and Innovation: We inspire technological creativity in youth.

Team’s Communication Activities with the Community

• Workshops: We introduce students to the basics of programming and robot design. • School Visits: We provide introductory lectures on FIRST and how to join.

• Collaboration with Other Teams: We exchange knowledge and experiences with different teams.

Supporting Other Teams This year, the team provided financial and technical support to teams that requested our assistance, including technical guidance and funding, which helped them improve their performance.

Through these activities, the team aims to build a generation interested in technology and ready to face future challenges.

COIIABORATION WITH OTHER TEAMS

What stood out this year for the Moona Diverse team is the launch of an allgirls team, making it the first all-girls team in Israel.

This team is ROBONAUTS (Team number 24265). It is the first team that was created under the supervision of Moona Diverse.

We helped them understand the game rules and were able to instill the values of FIRST within them, so that they could form a team that embodies the spirit of FIRST and its values.

Our team oversaw the development of their robot through our Central Command.

Our team provided all the help and support it could offer to Team 24265, from guiding the coach to assisting in building the robot.

We were their first support system, visiting them and sending them various helpful tools.

Our team contributed to many aspects, including the team’s opening meeting, which we organized and worked on for them.

Our team was actively involved in both directions and was inspiring to both teams. It will continue to inspire all teams that see it.

Our team never considered giving up, and it inspired them to reach far stages.

They decided to open several teams next year, thanks to us and our robot, including FRC teams and a team in FLL.

Their main request was assistance from the Central Command, and our team could not refuse.

We are proud to say that this year, our team was the first inspiration for Team 24265, and next year, it will inspire several teams in different competitions.

Moreover, our team is currently in communication with several teams to organize a tournament before the final competition, one that mimics the real competition conditions, to ensure that every team is prepared.

Our team cares not only about its own readiness but also about rising teams and students from Israel, inspiring the world and raising Israel’s flag.
